Shipping
Orders from supermacho.com can only be shipped to addresses outside the United States.
We normally ship within two business days. Our system calculates the shipping charge based on the weight of your order and your location. We ship by UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service) only. You will see your shipping options on the checkout page. We will send you an email with tracking information showing when your order has shipped. You are responsible for any extra shipping charges assessed by USPS or UPS for orders made with an incorrectly entered or incomplete address.
Customs Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for taxes or customs duties upon arrival of your shipment in your country. The customs forms with your order will list the value of your shipment. You may wish to check duties with your local customs authorities prior to placing your order. We will not give refunds for refused orders.
We do not charge any US tax on your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Carte Blanche & Diner's Club. We do not accept payment by checks or COD.
Security
Our website and checkout process are secure. After you enter your credit card number, it is transferred to a secure third party server using 128 Bit SSL encryption. At no time do we store your credit card information on our server. Any other personal data you enter to enable processing your order will be stored on our secure server. Secure websites can be identified by the S after http in the address bar of your browser (will be indicated as https//). Unsecured websites begin with http//. We will never sell, rent or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to a third party.
Returns
We stand behind our Super Macho product and will unconditionally accept returns of unused or partly used bottles of Super Macho. Returns must be made within 45 days of the invoice date. You must pay for return shipping. Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning the product. Upon receipt of the product, we will give you a full refund of your purchase price less shipping charges. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit; we recommend you pay for a tracking service when making your shipment.
